★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was clear in many comment that front desk has the service mind problem. I got the same case. They are many staff but they are not really care about customer in front of them BUT trying to call customer on phone to make appointment while others also available does not help to answer. ?
I think people come only for location, absolutely!
มีพนักงานเยอะไว้นั่งคุย นั่งมองลูกค้า แต่ไม่ช่วยกันตอบปัญหาลูกค้า ไม่สนใจลูกค้าตรงหน้า แต่เลือกจะโทรนัดลูกค้าที่ไม่ได้ด่วน (นั่งฟัง รออยู่) หมายความว่าอะไร ถ้าไม่ใช่ ไม่สนใจ คนอื่นก็เหลือบมอง แต่ก็ไม่ช่วยตอบนะ

There are many employees to sit and talk. Sitting looking at customers But not helping to answer customer problems Not interested in customers in front But choosing to call a customer who does not have a quick appointment (sitting, listening, waiting) means what? But it doesn't help

Front desk staff not friendly and minding their own business !
I choose to have 50 units Botox (since I don’t need more) and we agree 7000 thb, after I received the Botox went back to the counter and for my surprise they charged me 14.000 thb and said I needed 100 units !
Got totally angry and said to them it’s not what Ao upsetting g to them but what I choose to have ! We agreed 50 units ! Not only I had to pay double I also got 100 units which I didn’t want ! Way too much !!!! Decided to pay as I was in a rush cuz if not I wouldn’t at all.
At the end after I requested I got a 10.000 thb invoice which was not the real amount, maybe to save in taxes !
Anyway as I mention a total nightmare ! Wouldn’t recommend and will tell everyone is rubbish ! If you truly need to go to some sLC clinic then the thonglor branch where I been some times before and was good !
