★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality food. Quite a small shop with five tables to dine in, so have to wait a bit. They serve quite fast, so pretty much balanced out the wait.
Dimsum not too salty and tastes great. Parking is available in Shell petrol station, no parking fee, just tell them that you're there to dine in at Dimsum restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like it, and I like it a lot. Though I wished that they would have more variety but their dim sum is just great. I recommend fried dumplings, they have massive stuffing. We went through skytrain, and I think finding parking spot there will be challenging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great dim sum and wonderful variety. Limited English but worth the visit. The wait can be 10 to 30 minutes.
You get a menu, an order sheet, pen, and a number. You order on the sheet and turn it in and wait for them to call you number and get seated. The food comes all at once and the fried food is freshly fried. It all comes very veery hot so avoid burning your mouth. The highlight is how good their various dumplings are and that they have different taste from each other.
We had trouble with matching the pictures on the menu with the order dorm not reading Thai. We asked some school girls waiting by us to help. They didn't speak English much but we pointed to a picture on the menus and they quickly would point to the order firm item and we quickly filled out the corn with their help. I hope they have a good of a memory helping the foreigners as we had meeting them and the food they helped us get. The experiences of travel especially when going more native create the best memories.
