★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large gardens to roam in, excellent river-view room options. Hot springs didn't feel very natural but 40 minute drive to Hin Dat for the real thing. Overall relaxed feel to the place, helped by highly responsive staff. Great balcony views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was a great stay and so private and we stayed in the riverfront 09a and 09b are great and don't bother with the onsen private rooms cause the pool.has a huge onset right there and they refresh at 4pm and it's perfect to relax and go from cold and hot water.
wake up to the mountains, birds and monkeys. we would love to go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time we’ve visited this place, 1st time was about 7 years ago, and the rooms haven’t changed much. That is to say same old tv and same old hard bed. The only thing that saved our backs was the beautiful hot spring pool up by lake.
The stand alone bungalows are very cute though with beautiful bamboo interiors and the riverside bungalows have a little splash pool attached now. It’s a lovely spot to stay in nature with an amazing array of interesting plants. Must have a car if you want to go to outside shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if they would upgrade the mattresses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel / resort. Big rooms and thermal baths near the pool. Actually, the infinity pool is with hot water, almost too hot for the climate. I'm from Switzerland and with snow around it makes more sense to me ?
Don't miss the walk to Mon village, and until the Buddha cave, then come back by the river and the Jungle Rafts hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a very long drive look forward to outdoor bath. Checked in at 1 o’clock was told that the water was dirty from the last guest. We needed to wait until three when it would be clean with fresh water. Around four they got to it. The room is expensive for what you get. The room smelled of Mentholatum heavily not a little bit a lot. The food was mediocre at best. The view of the river was nice but right down from our unit is a stairway to the water that is totally broken and falling apart and looked very ugly. It was not worth the money.

Staffs were all helpful and nice. the pool is spacious and they even have variety of hot spring pools ( A big one for whole body or a foot spa tub). Breakfast was typically good but the big plus was you can eat at the balcony by the soothing river view. Already my favorite place in Kanchanaburi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was disappointing, especially after having stayed at a hotel under the same hotel group (The Float House) which was actually cheaper than this place and 10 times better. We opted for the river view onsen room and whilst the room had a nice view, the room itself was not the same as in the pictures in the website, it looked more like the superior room with a bath on the balcony. The room was quite dirty, lots of dead insects and cobwebs in the room. During the night there were animals, perhaps rats scuttling over the roof the whole night. In general the whole resort could do with some TLC, it all seemed a bit rundown and dilapidated. The level of service was not great and staff staff seemed generally quite unhappy, completely different vibes from their partner hotel, the Float House. We felt this hotel was definitely not worth 5,250 baht per night, and for the same price, there are much nicer hotels in Thailand if you want a jungle/river experience for a more reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here for lunch before we head off to the tree top (it is located in the hotel property). We didn’t stay there and the review is only for its restaurant. The view is amazing! It is located on the river side, but on the hill.
The food is quite expensive but nice.. the only thing is that there are so many flies there and we always had to swing hand while eating..
staff are friendly. I would recommend if you are coming for the treetop and need a bite before or after the adventure!
