Room Type: [Grand Suite]
HAS:
+ Large room for the price
+ Nice decor with wood flooring
+ Kitchen with electric stove, microwave, fridge, and some basic utensils
+ Showerhead with a nifty spray nozzle
+ Lots of little storage spaces/cabins
+ Friendly staff
+ Lots of electrical outlets
+ Flip flops provided
+ Convenient store right across the street
+ Late check out asked and granted
HAS NOT:
- No in room slipper, only flip-flops
- Terrible breakfast
- Room looks like it ran out of decorating budget halfway, despite the good start, considering the bed quality. Bed and pillows are extremely hard, sofa is actually softer to sleep on. You can probably KO your opponent in a pillow fight. It was a horrible night of trying to sleep after a long day.
- Whoever taught housekeeping to sandwich the floor mat between the toilet seat needs immediate reeducation in both skill and mindset.
- Staff got our room mixed up with another guest during check-in, but I raised my objection and situation got fixed before I settled in the room.
- It's a low rise, you get view of the street construction below.

This review was overdue (check-in) early February, so things might have improved by now?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and quiet enough providing your room is not road side. Clean and comfortable, very modern with a nice swimming pool. Staff are friendly. 7/11 is close by and there are a number restaurants, all within waking distance. The beach is not too far. It was a good stay and I would return but the one and only problem I could mention would be that 2 single beds are joined together in an attempt to make a double bed, which isn’t a double bed, I did ask about swapping rooms for a room with a proper double bed but was told it would cost extra???
