★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place , the staff cannot speak much English but they are very helpful . The venue is but inside the soi so hard to get Taxi or Motorbike . But the receptionist try to help me get taxi .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I' d read these reviews before booking this dump. It is located in a terrible area with no restaurants or vendors. No toilet paper, one garbage can, toilet needs work, hallway is a mess and no elevator!There are no redeeming qualities to be had at this place. In fact, it should be shut down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't let their online pictures and price fool you. The pool is not as pretty and there's this rusty smell throughout level 2. There is no lift so be prepared to lug your baggage up the stairs. The room lights are dim. Very dim. Although the room and toilet is big, kettle is not provided (you can ask for it though), toothbrushes are not provided and there is no shower curtain so water is basically spraying onto the toilet bowl.
Haven't started on the location... Bear in mind Thailand is a congested place and the location may seem close to all your desired destinations, they're not. Had to Grab everywhere I went (arnd 200 baht to get to tourist areas) and back (150baht at night). Yes it isn't much but on top of this price every single day, I had to spend an hour on the congested road.
Would reconsider this hotel as it is mostly for the locals there. Staff don't really speak English so be prepared to use Google translate. 2 stars for friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is located in some village, so it's really secluded and inaccessible. You got to Grab to anywhere from there. There's no convenience stores, eateries or massage shops nearby as well.
The rooms are not very well maintained even though it looks good in the photos. There were spider webs under the table, dirty laundry and no satellite TV. They had mixed up my reservation, I had booked and paid for a premium studio suite and they gave me a premium studio only. There was no amenities in the room and only toiletries provided was the bath gel, shampoo and toilet paper.
The staff were friendly and helpful but unable to communicate with them in English so gotta use Google translate most of the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice enough place, but too far out of place to be worth considering for the international traveler. Only useful if you're a native with a means of transportation to get to and from the hotel.
Staff doesn't speak English. You'll have a tough time communicating with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is big, with high ceiling. Very comfortable and clean bed! Nice stuff. Unfortunately the TV, which is cost extra money, came from the last century. And have only two programs. In Thai. Even my Thai wife wasn't happy with TV and regret that we paid for it. Also, there is no any hook in room or in bathroom. Even for towels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was wondering at first why the hotel is cheap, when I walked in I realized why!!! I was disappointed of the area and on top of all the noises everyday that’s made by the staff/ room cleaner and how they keep leaving the exit doors ? open even tho I complain and I asked them to shut it, because I want a quiet environment unfortunately it was nosy 24 hrs couldn’t sleep I had to go and sleep at my friends house wasting my money in this hotel. Also the pool is closed even tho in their website and “in Agoda” they said it’s open until 8 pm that was not true.
