★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good place
They serve soft drinks in ice cups
Please make sure you don’t visit in very high temperatures outside. The statues they’ve made inside are just mind blowing.
I don’t know how much effort it takes to make them and maintain them.
The statues outside made from ceramics i guess are also very beautiful.
Amazing sculpting.
All white.
Good place for nice photos, depends on the weather
In the evening time they have spectacular lightings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed.
The thing I found annoying is you buy the ticket to entry but then need to spend 90B per person for their footwear whether you want it or not. It is compulsory but not included at the time of ticket purchase.
The ticket is expensive for a VERY small exhibition. (Then add the 90B)
If you have never seen snow or ice before, you may be impressed. If you are from Northern Europe (N. America, etc) I imagine you will be underwhelmed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no countermeasure for the COVID situation other than placing alcohol gel at various points. Everyone needs to wear the same sweater and shoes. and there is no limit on the number of visits a lot of people during the festival. Not worth the ticket price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for people who haven't seen snow before. It's -15 C inside, so bring your own gloves and ear muffs, or you'll have to buy them inside.
In my opinion, it's a money trap. The place is not as big as it was advertised, and the ticket is too expensive for that size. Also, though renting the snow boots is compulsory, they make you pay extra for it.
The staff is very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is not that big. There are outdoors area with (not so real) statues and indoor area with ice sculptures. Free drink come with it is pretty nice. However, they do not mention that you have to pay extra money for their boots (regardless of whatever shoes you wear). Same with overcoat but they give rental for free already so that’s totally fine.
Be careful coming here during COVID times though. Seems like a good place to get infected

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to bring a jacket ? ➕ gloves ? and boots ?... If not you need to rent them at the entrance.. In general my experience was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were visiting such a place for the first time. It felt pretty amusing but its not that huge. Overall it was fun experience for us. Kids will love it.
We have to pay additional for shoes and gloves which doesn't make any sense for such a place. I found it a bit hard inside when my hands started getting numb and I wished I had rented the gloves.
