★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmm, i think it’s well manage, it’s just either that they are not happy with their jobs or they are tired of their job. They did tell you everything you need if you ask the right questions. They just don’t have the patient, just ignore their expressions. For foreigner, best if you bring your thai friend with you, things will go alot smoother.
Its a gorvernment place, what more do you expect from them.
You go in, do whatever bussiness you need from them and get out of there. Peace

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even one star is too many. If you're looking for the "Land of smiles," you've come to the wrong address. After I had joined the line for the foreigners on my first visit to renew my driver's license, two women came to the counter. After I raised my request for a new driver's license, I was sent away. They told me only appointments. I should come back on a certain day without an appointment. My girlfriend who is Thai asked again whether this is really the case. It has been confirmed. The ladies react very unfriendly and impatiently to questions. Further their motivation is low. Their English is very poor. Why are there people in the foreigners department who speak bad English? On the Thai waiting side everything goes very quickly as I could see. On my second visit I was sent away again. Now it was said I need an appointment. This is nothing more than chicane. It feels like 50% of people are being sent away because the information situation is catastrophic. In the end I went to Sriracha and there my request was kindly dealt with within an hour! Welcome back to "Land of smile"! From feeling Sriracha is handling 3 times more customers than here. Staff in Sriracha branch is working motivated and fast! I hope someone in charge reads my recession
