You can learn not only Yoga postures, also breathing exercise, Mantra chanting, healthy life style, Anatomy and Yoga Philosophy. During the course, my body and mind was totally purified. If you’re looking for TT course, here is highly recommended!!!

They also helps you to understand your mind and your body toward to how to teach future students. I have learnt a lot from all masters. I enjoy every moment there. I’m glad that I decided to take 200 hours yoga instructor training course here. I have a great experiences from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my YTT 200 hours at the beginning of this year. I have to say it was the best thing I ever did for myself and for my health. The teachers were very kind and very patient (I am a complete beginner) and really took the time to make sure you understand the roots of the practice and in getting a solid basic and knowing what is the best way to practice for yours or your potential student body types or health conditions and limitations.
What I liked was the anatomy and Ayurveda parts are taught by doctors that they fly over here from India so you really understand how the medical aspects really fit in to the yoga practice and what Ayurveda is in terms of Western Medicine.
The support system with my classmates were amazing. We had 5 girls including myself in the class and they have become some of the most beautiful connections I have made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a 200 hrs TTC in Embrace Energy Yoga and I am very happy with my choice . The school has a friendly environment and very knowledgeable masters. All teachers have a deep understanding and extensive knowledge of Yoga and students learn a lot about the different aspects of Yoga during the course. The training goes beyond how to do asanas properly and teaches how to look at Yoga as a way of living.
I will go back and continue my study there as soon as I find the time :)

After the programme, you will come out very knowledgeable and well prepared, even if you want to start teaching or simply take your personal practice to the next level.
Thank you for sharing your experience and all (life) skills you have thought at the 200 hours teacher training in Bangkok. Also, thank you for the support, the friendliness, the yoga and most importantly, the breath. I continue to meditate and practice asana & pranayama every day. The clarity, calmness, and love I feel in my heart is incredible and I am forever thankful... and will come back one day soon :-) Namaste
