★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service there. If you check the web site then you'll see that there you can make all kinds of products and merchandise. I was so happy find that. But when I came there then there so less, almost nothing. I spend so much time to come there. I asked why on websute so much products but actually have nothing. They don't answer anything, just smile.
I don't recommend use that company because you can lose a lot of time and get nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to do laser engraving on wood and had a terrible experience. I went to the Rama 2 branch. The customer service person on Line seemed nice but when I got there, it was unprofessional. The place is hazardous, a complete mess. Papers everywhere, their front office looks like an arts and crafts hoarders home.
I decided to give this place a shot since I'm on a budget and they are the cheapest, big mistake. I paid my 50% deposit, went back to get my test samples and the girl didn't even acknowledge me. Literally 3 meters away from me on the computer and just looked at me. I had to go over and get the products, find space on the floor to lay them out and inspect them. Had a bunch of questions but the girl just remained uninterested in her paying customer who is physically in the store.
I decided to sacrifice my deposit and take all my stuff and went to a different company.
bottom line: if you want professionalism, good quality, timely and genuine service....don't come here. so pretty much, don't come here at all, you will be disappointed 100%.
