★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great British Pub experience. Warm welcome, excellent beers and great food! Came for burger and beer at lunch time and stayed into the night! The owner Nick is a Brit who ensures quality food. Friendly staff and regular expat clients made my visit very enjoyable. Sports on TV (was able to watch F1 GP qualifying) and no loud music or hassle from bargirls. If you want to enjoy a drink, some food and good conversation then Chequers is the place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chequered is an OK bar in the middle of Soi Nana if you looking for somewhere quieter to have brink it could be the bar for you. The food was OK but breakfast with out toast is not a breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been visiting on & off for 22 years. Food is always good & reasonably priced. Xmas dinner was excellent. Bar staff are very friendly. A good place to meet English speaking folk if you're missing a more meaningful conversation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small pub style bar on Sukhumvit Soi 4,very close to Nana Plaza. Nice food and a good selection of drinks. I had bacon, sausage, eggs and chips for breakfast and it was very good... Proper bacon as well! I would recommend this place for a bite to eat, either before a big night out or to cure the hangover in the morning!

Food freaking delicious and plentiful i shared with my girlfriend and was full for a price that I was SHOCKED!!!...felt good I finally found a place I get what I want ? ?. Please come visit here i GUARANTEE you will be happy ..my girl couldn't finish her meal..lol..cause I fed her mine as well!! Not to mention a little more healthy than fries and rice ..I literally had great vegetables cooked perfectly!! I will probably eat 2 out of 3 meals here..AUSTRALIAN STEAK ...cooks deserve a big tip !!..piece of heaven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good range of beers that are reasonably priced especially during happy hour.
Staff are as good as ever.
Extensive menu of Thai & British dishes.
Longstanding owner Nick is still running the show and long may that continue.
Plenty of TV's showing sport.
Good cross section of expats and tourists drink and eat here although unsurprisingly, things are quiet just now as some Covid restrictions remain so people who would normally come to Thailand for their holiday are going elsewhere.
There are a couple of things that I neglected to mention so I've added to my original post.
If you're coming here by Skytrain disembark at Nana and leave the station at exit 2. Walk along Sukhumvit then turn left on to Soi 4. Chequers is a couple of minutes away on the left hand side.
The other thing is that if you want to see how Guinness should be poured properly come to Chequers. There's plenty of places in my home town of Bournemouth that could learn from here.
