★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very happy with the wonderful service offered by Cat Mama! We moved to Thailand with our two cats and Cat Mama took care of them while we completed our quarantine and found an apartment. The lovely couple who runs Cat Mama cared for our cats like they were their own. Our cats are shy and I was worried about being away from them for so long, but they felt very happy and relaxed at Cat Mama.
The owners sent many photos and videos every day showing our cats playing and sitting on their laps. The cat rooms are very big and comfortable, and the cats have time every day to explore outside of their rooms and get human attention.
Thank you, Cat Mama, for taking excellent care of our kitties, especially right after their stressful plane travel! I absolutely recommend this cat hotel. They also speak excellent English! You can communicate with them easily via Facebook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We couldn’t be happier with Cat Mama and our cat really likes it here too. The owners are cat lovers themselves and they really took good care of our cat as if she was their own. Excellent customer service! They really go above and beyond. They would send us pictures throughout the day and there is also a camera in our cat’s room where we can check in on her 24/7. Highly recommend this place.
