I really recommend any other place- terrible experience
Unreliable, no manners, we booked for one day and they said it was another- worst I have seen in many countries

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked train/ferry to koh pangan and they booked the slow ferry option without informing. That shouldn't be as not a good idea for various reasons to go in slow ferry anywhere in Asia. It cost me a headache and money to take the fast ferry (lompraya) once in surat thani.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across this travel agency by recommendation of staffs at US Embassy. I knew nothing about this town as a foreigner. They booked my flight from Bangkok to San Francisco perfectly. My trip back to the USA couldn't be any better from Bangkok. There was a stop in Taiwan but we just travel in the same plane, not transfer. That was very nice.UPDATE: It's 2021 now and I still find myself to locate this place. That's a memory that I just can't forget. Great company then.
