★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality hitting bays and run down.. very dark lights and cannot see swing well on camera. Old mats and screens, used golf balls. Pro's are ok but staff are poor service, all on their phones and not interested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facility here is pretty good, but very hard to book for practice on weekend and evning time The sad thing here is reception staff. Most of them are not friendly and not service-minded at all. Hope one day they are improved.

Instructors really good teach, they are all have PGA certificate.
Staffs so helpful about the info of the course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried contacting this company for golf lessons but after speaking to the sales manager called May, I refuse to take my business here. As a British person, I was looking for a British PGA Pro but was told they only have a Korean or Japanese Pros available and after asking for the pros profile I was not satisfied.. especially with the high prices they offered me. She gave me a very unprofessional reply and due to this I will not be coming here. Do not come here if you expect high service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled here by taxi to have a Sam Puttlab lesson. But machine not working!
I have tried to get on the Sam Puttlab in 3 different countries and they are never working.
No customer service, no idea of when it will be repaired.
They just want to sell a standard lesson as many staff sitting around.
