UPDATE: mats new now. the whole member card is a scam, you must top up by 1k thb but trays are 120 there is some of that remainder you will lose as you can't buy anything with card+cash must top up...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one and only! Downtown Bangkok driving range. Well maintained and very popular driving range in the middle of the city, and even on the main street. Sukhumvit 42 next to St. Andrews international School. Golf addicted….this is the place to go if you live downtown Bangkok and need to practice outdoor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient. Very nice the quality of the food and balls is over the standard of other diving range in Thailand. Despite the cost per tray it’s 80b which is too expensive for a diving range balls.
The maximum amount of money I would likely spend on a tray is 50-70 reasonable however it depend on the quality of it.

The good. It is a range and has fans and is close to the train.
The bad you have to buy a membership for 1100. 4 bucks a bucket.
Balls do not go far. I think I am loosing 10 -20 yards so it is frustrating to not see gains in the extra heat. Balls feel gummy and heavy. Mind it is a shorter range.
Also the service is almost too much. They want to carry your clubs to the stall. Only they can bring you balls. They watch until you are done and they want to wipe your clubs clean. Then carry them for you to the entrance. It makes me feel like some rich white dude from someplace Whack.
Now you are obligated to tip for the extra go getting but by the end you hit 2 buckets and the third is a tip every time you play? 40 bucks a week in tips.
Honestly its super weird and makes me feel very uncomfortable..
Just give me the bucket and let me relax. I get it, people need to make a living but It just feels weird.

Nice to be able to hit a few right in the city here.
Gets a little crowded on weekends so pick ypur times carefully

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An oasis for practicing your golf game in urban Bangkok that is very conveniently located on Sukhumvit between BTS stations Ekkamai and Phrakanong (about 450 meters from each station) The facility has sufficient length and targets to practice all of your clubs off well maintained mats. An automated ball teeing machine sets up your balls one by one for hitting after the last ball has been launched.
Practice clubs are available for rent if you don't have your clubs with you or prefer not to bring them to the range . The cost to rent a single iron was 150 baht. The cost to rent a wood was 300 baht. A tray of 40 balls cost 150 baht.
There were lots of local players there honing their game. I was very surprised to see that I was the only obvious Expat/ Tourist using the facility at the time I was there. Perhaps not too many visitors stop to think that a practice facility might be available at such a convenient location and at such reasonable prices.
As it is often hot and humid in Bangkok, each practice area has a good fan that you can aim in your direction to help keep you from getting too hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to practise your swing. You can buy membership card on the spot to play. There are waiting times on weekends but you dont wait long. Very friendly staff. Food and drinks are reasonable. Parking is plenty. Very accessible, right on Sukhimvit road near Ekkamai BTS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay range in the heart of Bkk, very popular. Not a fan of the new 200b member card and 1000b minimum purchase for 10 trays that expire after 2 months. No long tees for driver and balls feel soft. Book a lane or you might wait +30min.
