★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very good hotel at ayutthaya also the price is good and the stuff very friendly So i recommend for everyone who will visit Ayutthaya. About room most of them big and clean. You can rent bicycle and go around to visit Ayutthaya historic park.... not far ....also they have boat trip. ..some time you will need buy food from out side cause they dont have restaurant ( you can get coffee and tea most of time )... they have 2 cute dogs....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is quite nice and the value of your money is worth. Good location, walk distance to many interesting places. Owner or manager of the place is a bit pushy (regarding eating, ticket for transport, what to do or go) so expect that when arrive. Unfortunately we couldn’t find any good place to eat around Ayutthaya but the historical parks and ruins are breath taking. This hotel is also close to the train station walking 20 min or tuk tuk for less around 150 baht depends how good of a bargain you can make.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to have a relaxed time in Ayutthaya. It is located just beside the WIN street where the mini vans from Bangkok arrive so you have it short to the location on your arrival.
Not far from the accommodation is also the train station which gets you onwards Chiang Mai with the night train so you can avoid taking a TukTuk or taxi.
The owner-family of the place is friendly but leaves you in peace if you just wanna explore the area for yourself or hangout in the room.
The room itself is spacious, quiet and has some normal views outside the big windows. The bathroom is clean and the shower provides a good water pressure. Beside the entrance balcony you have a second on behind the room to hang up clothes.
The room we had was for about 18 Euro per night and came with a night LCD TV and a big fridge. Shops like Tesco and 7Eleven are just around the corner and provide good opportunities for breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Ayutthaya overnight and this was a great place! Private double room was cute and cozy. It cost barely more than the hostel down the street but it was worth it.
Willie (the owner) was an amazing guide and help. He talked us through all the temples and which ones most people go to based on time allowance. We rented bicycles from here too and rode around.
The cafe is also right here and the coffee is great.
The night market is also right down the street.
Highly recommend this to anyone spending a day or two in Ayutthaya.
Willie also helped us arrange our bus ticket to Chiang Mai. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a 10 minutes walk from the ferry pier. The mini van station is just round the corner. Plenty of food shop, cafe and convenience store around the hotel. The hotel is very central situated.
The owner is friendly and helpful. The room are spacious, clean. They also have a cafe on the front. There are also bicycle for rent. 50 baht per 24 hours. Wifi is on the weak side. And it intermittent at times.
