★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Entrance. But no AC in lobby. No restaurant to sit in. After breakfast it was closed for use. Breakfast is brought in from somewhere else and was terrible and limited. The pool area and pool itself was dirty and disgusting. The room was clean and serviceable. We had 4 hours to kill after checking out before catching the night train and just wanted somewhere to sit and chill. There was NO seating and no AC in the lobby. The lobby area was under renos (jan 2020) so this may change at least the seating situation.
We stayed here with GAdventures and were pretty upset with their choice considering 10 or 20 dollars more would have gone so much further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second time to this hotel, I love it. Nice clean rooms, super friendly staff. The swimming pool is a big bonus, and the location is one of the best in the city. From the train station no need for taxi just walk and take the boat ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great family trip at Ayothaya Hotel. They have a big room suitable for family. The breakfast was excellent with homemade taste. The hotel location is excellent and very convenient in traveling to all tourist spots. I recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a family trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs manner are poor. My room is in the old building, room is old as well. I think it needs maintenance. This hotel is creepy by the environment and also the hotel itself. The price range is the same as in Bangkok. Not worth it ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a nice hotel. Yes it's a bit on the older side, but the rooms are clean and has the softest most comfortable bed I've ever had in my 3 months of travelling Thailand. The ladies at reception were also extremely friendly and helpful and made my checking experience very enjoyable. Hotel has very fast WiFi which to me is a very important aspect of a hotel. Hotel is also centrally located with fast food outlets, local restaurants and a local Thai market on the doorstep of the hotel, you hardly need to leave the area. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ayuttaya.
