★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite disappointing to be honest. We booked a room with breakfast included only to find out at the hotel that the restaurant is closed for renovation and they don't serve breakfast. They propose us to serve breakfast in room but don't take any orders and the day after they call us at 7am to bring us a Thai style breakfast. After this episode we agreed on a different breakfast but for some reasons they had to serve it at 8.15. Shouldn't be them adapting to the client's needs, and not the other way around? The room was decent except that I had to punch the bathroom sliding door to open and close it. Luckily we booked with a heavily discounted fee. It definitely isn't worth the full price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two front desk staff were laughing while we were around. Didn't like that. The bathroom door is a problem. When we left, the tuktuk service driver didn't even care about helping us drop our stuff and put them in the taxi. Not a word nor a kind gesture. Very displeased with the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This reception with really ‘‘nice’’ tone when we report the AC problem in room. We called in room and wait 2 hours no one come. We go reception desk and ask , the thin lady with very impatient tone reply us“ i will contact techneical” ，the summer weather in bangkok without AC is tooo hot. She said understand us，but doesnt work. if you have the same budget dont come here. we pay money for relax and happy， not to blamed sb. or make me angry. Very worse， strongly unrecommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t expect any services from this property! Any request with the reception will never happen! There was no reception at 6 pm on the day that I checked in! Call for Tuk Tuk to pick up at 6 pm there is no Tuk Tuk service as well! You not going to get a full services as they advertise on booking.com. My room in the kitchen have no cleaning product, toaster, wine glass, and oven, there was only 2 set of coffee cup, glass, bowl, plate and spoon, it’s not full kitchenette. In the bath room have no bathrobes, slippers, toothbrush, and body soap there was only a shampoo and a foam bath and one shower cap in the bathroom and it’s hiding in the shower area! And the most important thing was the room was not that clean, especially during the pandemic ! there was someone hair, earring and dirt on the floor and on the table lamp! And when I asked for some service such as a slipper and a bathrobe from the hotel, the hotel staff he ask me what else do I need for the discount price of 69 AUD per night! If I want the full service as show I should pay the full price! And he said if I want to complaint I have to complaint the owner as the owner want to save the cost by cut off all the services! But should I (customer) suffer from this? How do I know how they run the business ? What I do know as the customer is I choose the hotel from what the hotel offer(services) and advertised ! If the property cannot provide the service they shouldn’t advertise, they should said “room only no services provide” for this price! In fact there is a lot of 4-5 star hotel with the same price in the same area but I select this hotel as I want to get the service as they are advertise! But unfortunately there was no service for me and staff behavior/attitude was bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend anyone to stay in this residence hotel. Thought everything was fine apart from the smoke smell in the first day until I came back to the hotel and found my luggage lock forcefully broken. Went down to the front desk to ask them about it but was given a response asking me what i want them to do about it. Thank god I took all my valuables with me, hence, did not lose anything. However, on several nights when I came back, I realised that my luggage password had been tempered with suggesting that someone was trying to open my luggage. (There is a similar review whereby a guest lost cash)
On top of that was that the Aircon in the room does not seem to be working in the middle of the night around 2-3am as I woke up in sweat.
Only saving grace was the friendly uncle who kindly ferried us to the BTS station on several occasions. Won't be back there ever, since security is an issue for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a great place to stay at a fantastic price.
Stayed in room 511, a superior suite. It was perfect for my 8 night stay - and was of a decent size. Cleanliness was good, and everything worked. There were a few scuffs on the fixtures but that didn't bother me. Was very happy to have daily housekeeping (very through) and a washing machine.
Location-wise it's great. Walkable to the BTS though there was a tuk tuk available to take me there whenever I needed it.
Pool was beautiful, at a great temperature, and was clean enough.
Didn't try the restaurant, though I never saw it open when I was there.
I found the negative comments saying the service was bad to be unfounded. Everyone was so nice.
I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big room with smell of smoke or old a/c. If you get a lower floor(less than 4), you will only see the highway.
The pool doesn't look appealing, next to a highway and with green water.
No breakfast option and a restaurant that is close for "renovation". Looks like they did the hotel and forget about it. Staff wasn't as good as other places in Thailand, they just didn't care about us.
The location is pretty good for the price, but I will not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we first arrived in Bangkok, we initially thought we found a great hotel for the modern amenities at a decent price, and we even recommended this to our friends who were also traveling around Thailand.
However, about halfway into our stay, we were suddenly forced to move rooms immediately without prior notice because they said they had to repair several floors of the hotel. A simple notice even the night before would've been good instead of just forcing us within an hour to pack up and move.
To make matters worse, the next room we were given had a leaking toilet and clogged shower drain.
Then, when my boyfriend and I had to unexpectedly extend our stay in this hotel due to medical reasons, the hotel staff really lacked compassion and care
They tried kicking us out even when the local government healthcare worker was assisting us and explaining the situation as to why we had to extend our stay and that everywhere else was fully booked.
After an entire day of negotiating, we finally got them to agree to let us stay for a few more days, so we sorted things out with our insurance provider. The next day, someone from the front desk called us again, trying to kick us out even though we already sorted things with someone from management and that we clearly explained that we wouldn't trouble them other than just asking for food and basic necessities to be delivered to our doorstep.
We wish management and the front desk would've shown even a little compassion especially with the knowledge that we were ill, but we didn't feel any at all. The only ones who felt genuinely nice and friendly during our entire stay were the bellboys.
We moved hotels as soon as we were able to and immediately found better customer service and nicer staff that we didn't feel here overall.
