★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, big, well-furnished units. Lovely management people who are very kind and attentive. Good location unless you drive... The one-way on Wittayu and again on Nai-Lert is always backed up at rush hour, and generally not very convenient. Otherwise, it is a convenient location to groceries, malls, parks, and BTS. Outside the rooms is a large open stairwell, so when people talk out there or slam their doors, you can hear it from the living room. The walls and floors are quite thin, and I can hear the kids downstairs screaming every time he takes a bath. In fact, it's a pretty "noisy" apartment in general (both from other residents and street noise, even from the top floor where I live), but beyond that, a nice place to live.
