★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there were next level. Even at the end, when I was waiting for my receipt and the printer jammed. They made a point to distract me from the delay with small talk, till it was fixed. I just left feeling well attended to, and that doesn’t happy all that often in SE Asia. So it was definitely noted and appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a painful to wait more than an hour to get services. Sometimes more than two hours. Last time I visited this place and waited over an hour. Afterwards when I asked a product they said they don't have it.
Staffs are looking so tired and reluctant. I wish they will have some holiday or frequent break.
Location is perfect as well as decorations. Love to roaming inside. So much to explore.

If you just want to check the product information, compare it with other products, or learn how to use it, you can save your time by checking the web or Youtube.
If you want to get support for installation or to order repair, this is the place to come.
In my case, I made an appointment with an expert to get support for the purchase of my product. I arrived 5 minutes before and was told by the clerk to wait on the first floor, but 20 minutes later I was not shown the way. I asked the clerk again, and this time I was told to wait on the second floor. I waited for another 10 minutes and nothing happened, so I asked the clerk again and was instructed to look at the products on my iPad by myself. I didn't understand how this was different from browsing the Apple Store on the web. I bought what I wanted to buy and asked for installation assistance, which I also ended up doing myself.
I am not surprised or offended as this is a common practice in Thailand, but it is a little disappointing considering the value of the Apple brand.
The store is very convenient and has a good selection of products, and I think it is the best place to buy Apple products. However, don't expect much service. Unfortunately, the level of staff is substandard, at least compared to the level of Apple Stores I have experienced in other countries.
If Apple wants to enhance their brand value, including the buying experience, they should seriously consider improving the store.
Nevertheless, as an Apple user, I am guided by the company's philosophy and values.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a beautiful place and the service is pretty good even with so many tourists all lining up. The way they organize and arrange products is education in marketing. Just to see architecture of staircase is worth visiting this place. Everything is on display and organized beautiful. You want to buy just to be part of this club. I honestly will never go or buy from all the other Authorized Apple shops when you have this place.
