★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the wheels of my fav Delsey suitcase was damaged during the flight over, I did a google search and found this shop. I asked the hotel concierge to communicate with the shop ( I don’t speak Thai) and sent through a few pictures. They quoted a price and the suitcase was sent to the shop by Grab, once the shop received and inspected the suitcase, they phone my hotel back and informed that an additional wheel also needed replacing. The case was delivered back to my hotel via Grab. It was so easy and smooth to deal with them, and they even did a full service on the suitcase- oiled the remaining wheels, patched up the corners. All this was done in a day! I was so pleased with it, as I still have the majority of my journey within Thailand to complete, hate to think to drag a case without proper turning wheels around Thailand…I highly recommend them - very professional and efficient.
