Went to replace the damaged samsonite luggage wheels, all 4 wheels got new wheels as rubber wheels with bearings inside, slippery carts can spin around like the original It takes about 1 hour to do. Good conversationalist. Polite. Good advice. Guaranteed work for the lifetime of the bag. There is a service charge of 1,000 baht.
