★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious bakery and restaurant selling a variety of freshly baked bread, pastry and western comfort dishes e.g. sandwich, spaghetti, pizza. The bread is delicious. We particularly like the pretzel which is soft on the inside and has just the right level of saltiness. We also like the Cuban sandwich. The staff is polite and attentive. I will definitely come back again.

I waited 15 minutes for anyone to come over so I just ordered at the front and they acted like they had no idea what I was ordering when I was pointing at the menu and when the food came, it was the wrong order. On top of that the waitress kept telling me that this is what Ordered and then argued with another server so it was super uncomfortable. I just wanted some decent breakfast lol definitely miss this place

Unfortunately the staff in the Pattaya branch is always in a horrible mood and don't make customers feel welcome. Theire often rude and not interested, even though it's almost empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We been to many nice coffee shops and some others Zurich bread cafe in another city here too but The service here in Zurich bread in pattaya is really disappointing ☹️ not nice and rude. They don’t seem to be happy with their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok food (had mushroom soup, onion soup, baguette, some bread), amazing Illy coffee, cute docorations BUT non of the staff seemed to have service mind. Every one of them are on their phone. Spoke a bit harshly to customers. One of the staff wheeled a huge garbage bin in while full on customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the service and atmosphere to be pleasant. Good selection of quality breads/pastries. Spent $10USD for a nice breakfast including coffee but was disappointed when told I'd be charged an extra 30 baht for some jam for my toast. Please don't nickel and dime me, include all the necessary amenities at the table.
