★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posting this review from my 8 month-ish of staying there. I stayed in a corner unit studio on the 9th floor. Rooms are simple and clean, with warm water and wifi. Rent is pretty cheap and it's very close to BTS udomsuk. There're shared washing machines on the ground floor and a small fitness up top. Pets are also allowed (I had 2 cats back then)
I moved out to live with my partner before my 1 year contract ended and I had no problem finding someone to take over and the office staffs were very understanding and help guided me through the process.
I stayed there back in 2017 so things may have changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment is very good for who have car and staffs are friendly. They can support u when u have some problem. Very close with BTS Udomsuk walk for 5 mins to reach it. Have many shops are 7-11, hair salon, street food and small restaurant around here.
