★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good value for the money -- a nice, cozy and clean place. The only downside is that the address is a bit hard to find for taxi drivers and it's not in walking distance from the BRT.

PLUSES:
- Big balcony / - Clean room / - Nice bathroom
- Location is nothing special, but ok:
Nothing in the neighbourhood, but easy to reach BTS On Nut by local white vans (8 thb). Number 4 van to Seacon Square Shopping Mall and Talad Rod Fai Srinakarin Night Market.
DOWNSIDES:
- Old wooden twin beds, creaking as hell!
- Staff members don't speak English.
OVERALL:
Besides the beds, worth your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay here 2 months. Very clean place and quite. You have 7-11 non-stop very close and if you take a scooter taxi you will be in 7 minutes to On Nut BTS station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit far from mrt. But the price and facilities offered wont let u down. There is nearby 7/11. Have balcony and basic stuff such as hair dryer kettle daily cleaning service good wifi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice apartments, stayed one night and was sad to leave. As well, I lost my mobile in the taxi on the way there and the lady on the reception called grab and contacted the driver and I got my handy back within an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent someitme on and off on this place. A decent place to stay in Bangkok. but have some downs: Walls and doors are not very insulating for noises. Catch lot of noise from traffic. For Hotel-like guests they offer to stay only at 1st and 2nd floor.( Lobby at ground floor). Room are clean but at night some small bug/cocroaches are roaming.
