This temple is well known for the Chinese God of wealth and the temple's peculiar custom of asking for more wealth by making a rubbing gesture from the bottom of the god's money bag and into their wallets in hope that their future endeavors will yield greater monetary gains.
Those who have asthma or other respiratory illnesses take note that when the temple is busy the main building will be filled with incense smoke. Avoid a few days on either side of Chinese new year unless you want that experience.

The volunteers here are very nice and they help you a lot all the offerings and things you have to do here I would highly recommend
