Facility is amazing (well decorated & clean). The staff are professional, courteous & friendly. Good value for money (although the DNA test was expensive).

Great place for wellness, very well organize and professional. Doctors is skilled and trained. Anita-aging, vitamins and more can do here.

Beware of their after-service. 1. Bought a health check-up package worth THB42,000. The staff informed me that one of the machines was out of order. Therefore, they would give a credit of THB1,200 for vitamin and supplement purchases. When the bill came, no credit was issued. After numerous attempts, they finally promise to refund the credit on the 18th of May. 2. The package included a doctor's fee. However, a doctor's fee was charged anyways. 3. Requested physical copies of doctor's notes and results but never received one. I informed them on the first day (6th May), the result day (11th May), and seven days after (12-18th May). No one seemed to care enough to follow up despite my attempt to call every day at least once a day to remind VitalLife. Finally, on the 18th, they manage to get a doctor's note but with the wrong Infos. After confronting the nurse, they claim that they notified the doctor but admitted that they did not check the note before sending it out. 4. Had to follow up on pending results at least three days in a row (11th evening-13th May) before actually receiving them despite the doctor saying they would send them out at the end of the consultation day (11th May). Their lack of care was a huge disappointment. Ironically, when I called them nicely to remind them, no one seems to care. However, when I start getting irritated on the 16th, finally things start to get going.
