★ ★ ★ ★ ★ เราอยู่ที่นี่มา10 เดือน แต่สุดท้ายพอแจ้งออก เราโดนหักค่ามัดจำ5000 เพราะอยู่ไม่คคบสัญญา 12 เดือนซึ่งจะโดนปรับย้อนหลังเดือนละ500บาท โอเคเราก็ยินยอม จริงๆ เรามัดจำไป10000 แต่หักค่าห้องเดือนสุดท้ายแล้วเหลือประมาน5000 ทางหอยังจะเรียกเก็บส่วนต่างอื่นๆอีก ทั้งที่ยึดไปแล้ว5000 ซึ่งเราพูดตรงนี้ได้เลยว่า ห้องไม่ได้มีความเสียหายอะไรเลยในการที่เราเข้าพัก ที่นอนก็แข็งทั้งที่เราขอเปลี่ยนแล้ว แอร์ ล้างแล้วล้างอีกยังไม่เย็น เราต้องซื้อ พัดลมแอร์เย็นมาช่วยเอง เรื่องที่จอดรถไม่ต้องพูดถึง ถ้ามาค่ำๆหน่อยก็เต็มมาก เพราะที่นี่ปล่อยห้องรายวันด้วย หากจะทำการเช่า อยากให้ศึกษาทำการบ้านกันดีๆก่อนนะคะ
