★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient location especially going to Suvarnabhumi airport. Spacious room and clean. Swimming pool has nice view. Well taken care of facilities and management. No regret living here compared to other condos I had been in Asoke area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super convenience since it is very close to MRT Petchaburi, airport rail link and boat transportation asoke pier. Big rooms and good facilities. Closer to shopping malls and top hospitals in Thailand. Closer to top schools and goverment univerity.
High speed train will stop here and the land will be developed for more commercial buildings and shopping.
This condo will go up in value and it is good for invest or living for daily life.
Highly recommended.

Ideal location - 2 minute walk to MRT and Ferry/water taxi, 15 minute walk to Asok BTS and terminal 21.

Facilities is awesome.
