Very Disappointed with the service. Ordered Gold bracelet and they said that the respective size is in Phuket and will have it transfer here quickly. Never received any updates from them. When reached the showroom looking for what had happened, they said, that was another employee and she went home "May i Help You". This was after leaving number and Line. I understand their tiring behavior as countless customers visit stores out of which, only a handful of them make purchases. However, their service and sincere attitude to work should be same.
Called Icon Siam and they instantly sorted out with confirmation call. Bracelet is on the way to Icon Siam. Great to see Icon Siam having sincere employees.
