★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is great. It's got good service such as throwing garbage, which is available on each floor. There is also a swimming pool and a gym on the 5th floor. Then there is a laundry shop at the ground floor and a 7/11. It is close to Bang Sue MRT and Sky Train. There are number of retsaurants that sell various food nearby as well. For those who like shopping there is Lotus supermarket about 3 km away. The only thing that bothers me is the heavy traffic almost on a daily basis. Sometimes you can be stuck for an hour moving a very small distance.
