★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a quick clarification after seeing the comments below as I'm currently working in Two Pacific Place. There are 2 buildings separated by a courtyard, a small shop/café and a parking round the corner for motorcycles, while cars head up the ramp to a multilevel storey garage (So definitely no shipping store or shops: it's an office building.
Pacific Two faces the main Sukhumvit Sukhumvit road just off the NaNa BTS SkyTrain station. The ground floor is an open are housing bother Kasikorn Bank as well as UOB, a cafe with basic items. Proceed further towards the elevators and you'll be going towards the courtyard with Pacific One, which houses amongst others the Swedish Embassy. The back area has some seating & the building employees cantina at the very back. A small supermarket with basics & fruit shakes is at the courtyard with Amazon newly opened inside Pacific One.
The office building is on a good shape and haven't noticed any meed to replace the elevators (technically or visually)
Sukhumvit itself is always busy so it would be advisable to either take the BTS SkyTrain station to Nana or a bit further with a 10-15min walk from Asoke MRT subway.
So unless you are visiting a specific company or the Swedish Embassy, then the only potential reason would only be either a Kasikorn or UOB banks.
