★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This area has fun bars, live music and pool. There are quite a lot of people at some of the bars even in these times.
There's also a food area where you can find different kind of tasty dishes. Most of the places are really good value for money.
If you want to have a nice evening evening out I recommend the Tree Town more than the walking street right now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good to see the area coming back to life, I'm sure the "2 week millionaires" will enjoy the atmosphere. However, the expat community will know where to find their alcohol more reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open air food market with many choices. The third stand in on the right hand side ( if you enter from the street with McDonalds ) has the best Tom yum soup I've ever had. Get with shrimp! 100 bhat for a big bowl that's a meal! See the pics for the stand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to have some good street food in Pattaya. Not expensive. Mainly street food and juices. Like hawker stands in Singapore but then outside.
Mostly Thai and western food. One or two stalls have some Chinese food.
I did not find Korean food.
Juices and beers available.
Covered in case of rain.
Worth a visit.
If you are on beach road it is more or less behind central festival shopping mall not completely and directly behind it, but a little doable for a walk. Walk through central festival, Soi Bukhao go right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tree town Pattaya is where the nightlife has moved to in Pattaya Thailand with the surrounding streets in this area being full of bars, dance clubs, live music, girly bars if you are into that thing, and a lot of places to find different types of food to meet everyone’s taste. It’s a great experience to walk through and just see the nightlife in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place had an assortment of many types of Thai foods. Lots of bars and if you need company to have a drink, there are many girls to help increase your tap.
The tree town night market is in the Soi Bua Khao district.
It’s worth to have a nice meal and drink and one can chat with many expats to get some information about making pattaya home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a wonderful and great alternative to walking street. The same faces and atmosphere as walking street. There are more shops and convenience of located nearby. It seems like the venues for artistic output is more has more variety. Motorbikes and taxis run all night unfortunately it closes at 11:00 p.m. The lifestyle and the variety of choice is very abundant in Tree Town
