★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called few days ago to inquire about the price for 10,000 kilometer service for Toyota Revo. The call center at the Toyota klong 2 said that it won't be more than 2000 baht. However, when we showed up this morning, an unfriendly service advisor told us that it was going to be 3400 baht! When we informed him that their own call center informed us that it was going to be no more than 2000 baht, he laughed and said: " The oil change alone is more than 2000 baht!" Well, he needs to tell that to the call center agent who told us not us! We didn't make that up! If it is 200 or 300 baht difference, then it is OK. But the price given to us at the showroom was 1400 baht more than their own call center! We were so upset that we took the car back and refused to have it service there! I do not recommend their lack of transparency service to any one!
