★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the market that's in the bottom of Central plaza. They cater to the ferengi. You can find things here that nobody else carries as far as food products go. But be prepared to get out your wallet. They are one of the highest priced markets that I've run into in KK. You're better off going to one of the other markets to get your food and produce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Central Plaza Khon Kaen. Very convenient. Wide selections. Prices not too bad. Pay for convenience a bit more. Caution about fresh meats. Displayed on ice and refrigerated. Even when purchased before expiration date, meats were spoiled. Returned with no problem. But, with no concern or consideration. Customer empathy lacking. New Makro meats are very fresh. Drive the extra kilometers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tops is an excellent little supermarket an can be found at the same end of the mall as Uni Qlo. The staff are really friendly and helpful and they usually have a good range of food from a few different countries.
Tops can be a bit expensive at times but I guess most imported goods are.
Always check the sell by date as they can be a bit lax in this area sometimes and when it is busy expect to wait a bit, they have a habit of not manning too many tills at one time.
Another little update, be very suspicious of how long their bread has been sitting around...
P.S. I have now stopped buying chicken at Tops, it doesn't last as long as the sale by date says it does. I have had to return spoiled chicken twice so far and have had to dump dishes I prepared using spoiled chicken. Be warned, try to use on day of purchase.
