もう二度とここでは購入しません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客が店に入った時、ちらっと見るだけで挨拶もない。接客はほぼタイ人スタッフ任せで、客から話しかけるまで店員からの声かけもない。タイ人スタッフとのコミュニケーションで困っていても隣で作業していて見て見ぬふり、フォローもなし。日本人店員全員メガネを売る前に対人コミュニケーションや接客から勉強するべき。今回友人から頼まれて急いでいた為、仕方なく利用したが、もう二度と利用しない。入店するだけで気分が悪くなる。
When customers enter the store, they just glance at it and don't say hello. Most of the customer service is left to the Thai staff, and there is no voice from the clerk until the customer speaks. Even if I'm having trouble communicating with Thai staff, I'm working next door and don't look at them and follow me. All Japanese clerk should study from interpersonal communication and customer service before selling glasses. I was in a hurry when asked by a friend this time, so I had no choice but to use it again. Just entering the store makes me feel sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 度入りのサングラスが欲しくて予約して訪問。日本人の方が対応してくれて、日本と全く同じ感覚で、電話予約から検査、購入まで一切不安なし。検査時の微妙な見え方をタイ語や英語で説明出来る自信がなかったし、見え方も妥協したくなかったので、こちらを選んで正解でした。
I made a reservation and visited because I wanted sunglasses with prescription. Japanese people responded to me, just like in Japan, and I didn't have to worry about telephone reservations, inspections, and purchases. I wasn't confident that I could explain the subtle appearance at the time of inspection in Thai or English, and I didn't want to compromise on the appearance, so I chose this and it was the correct answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my experience this shop is the best one around Bangkok. So a short story, today morning unfortunately my glasses frame broke, I had bought my glasses from Top Chareon so I headed to the nearest one. When they saw my glasses they said that these ones can't be fixed and a better option would be to buy new ones. We thought about going to this shop. We didn't even wait there for 5 minutes because they fixed it before that. I am so impressed by their work. All day today I have been roaming around to so many places but none of them except this one was helpful. I suggest everyone who has glasses or needs to fix theirs to go to Tokyo Optical.
