They wanted to charge 10k even though the price on the window says colouring is 2,5k. The prices on the window are for men only. Hair colouring was painful (skin was burning) and the result not what we picked in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried different ToB1 before and usually there was no problem. I have a very simple haircut and wanted to just to cut the hair shorter. Unfortunately, the person who I was assigned to, seemed to see a real head with real hair for the first time. After thoroughly working on sides, she said that she had finished. I asked to make other areas shorter - she cut a bit not really neatly. Finished by applying a kilogram of wax.
