THB89 - THB109 for spaghetti menus - similar quality as you eat from Audrey (where you pay THB2xx++).
The Hong Kong waffle is quite big compare to price paid (THB109 if not THB119).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good dessert and coffee. The design of coffee shop is nice with two floors and a coworking zone. Big car park available. Self service is quite long in my opinion and tables next to us at first floor have not been cleared during our stay, maybe one hour!
