★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foreigners and Thai be warned. If you make any small marks on the walls u will pay 1500 baht. She claims she has to paint the entire room if u make a few scratches in the wall. Total bs. The place is cheap but the room is noisy dark and too hot. You need to put lights on in daytime to see. Water too hot to shower after 12pm. No privacy on east side of building. Construction noise everyday.
