My husband stayed in condo no 31 on 5th floor at Star estate Narathiwas for 4 years. In last 4 years he had spend only 1 year and few months in that condo since we had work at other places.
We moved to a bigger apartment in Sukhumuvit last month. To our disbelief the owner forfeited all the security money ( 70000 baht) saying that she has to buy new sofa & mattress. We vacated the house 15days before in good faith and returned her cards & keys. What can be done?
A typical case of cheating & fraud by Ms Chalisa. We were paying the rent to use the house, the wear & tear is obvious in 4 years esp of sofa & bedding. She never spend a single baht on the condo maintenance, she didn't even repaired the aircon of living room after repeated request.
I hope the condo management will take this seriously and help us to get our deposit back.
