★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not do your quarantine in this hotel!!
The wifi is terrible for watching anything or getting work done.
But mainly the food is awful. Frozen vegetables that are watery. Not fresh. I felt sick after eating what felt like microwaveable meals all day :(
You can get better in the same area.
Room was nice and good sized with fridge, microwave & kettle but I would not stay here again for the price.

The pool is a bit old, needs some refresh & WiFi needs to be fixed. They struggled with it during my stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly it WAS probably a nice hotel before but right now it’s really bad! They closed down the cafe downstairs so basically there is no proper breakfast. They just hang food on your door nob at 8 am every morning. The staff is very impolite and doesn’t even acknowledged you when you pass by. They forgot to clean our room on the first day. The swimming pool is dirty and the sun bed are in poor quality state. Basically you can see that this hotel has been hit by Covid but it’s not a reason for not stepping up their game and provide a good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 1 night under test & go package in 3 wks ago. Very satisfied their services since room reservation, reception until check out. Staffs are friendly and helpful with service-minded. Room is compact, clean and tidy, worth value. Provided meals were good too.
The hotel is in mid town so easy to connect public transportations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst thing about this hotel was the service. I came back to my room one night and found my laundry and change in a see through plastic bag hanging at my door.
Other than that, there was always items missing in the room such as towels or toilet paper everyday. Also, the amenities are very very old, which look totally different from the officials photos. I felt scammed. Please see my photos for the wall, chair and window.
There were always rooms unlocked which seemed quite creepy at night.
It says it is labeled as a 5 star hotel, but I would say it’s about 3 star overall.
The only good thing about this hotel is just it’s location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is situated in a busy area of Bangkok with lots going on around locally. It took us about an hour + to get here from the airport. I would say it’s more appropriate for those who want a different take on the busy hustle and bustle of the city as it’s quite a drive/train ride away from the main city centre. The hotel is beautiful and clean with plush interior design elements and attention to detail.
The rooms are spacious, the bed is huge and very comfortable. The room has plenty of storage space and a small kitchenette including a coffee machine + the usual mini bar items. The bathroom is beautiful with a large walk-in shower incorporated with a large bath. It also has a very fancy toilet which was an interesting addition.
The design of the rest of the hotel is exquisite, breakfast is great with a range of both traditional and western cuisine to pick from. There is the option to sit outside in the secret garden area also which is decorated with beautiful foliage.
Roof top pool is lovely, clean and you will find the hotel gym, games area which is also stocked with complimentary snacks and tea/coffee/chocolate etc.
The staff are very polite/friendly and accommodating. They greet guests upon passing and all speak very good English.
Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever over this side of the world again! Many thanks once again for lovely experience! (February 2020)
