★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dogs lover place here! If u got a dog, welcome to come here. The room is clean and large. Have a parking car and place to bring pet walking around the apartment. Have a pool and gym at the roof. The owner always smile with pet and user .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resident is a dog lover place. So if you are a dog owner, you have no problem moving there with your dogs.
If you are not a dog lover, you will be annoyed by the dogs, doing what dogs like to do. Lot of street dogs are coming in the back alley and you will be wake up frequently because of these noises.
There is also a crazy Thai guy in a street close to the apartment who like to beat the street dogs and attach them to the trees all days without water, this really upsetted me. People are dealing with that, by helping the dogs, but this guy deserves a punch in the face.
Apart from that there are a lot of issues with the rooms, ants are everywhere and you need to spray regularly, the water pressure at the top is very low, and there is the train, the road behind, the soup sellers at 7am, and the electricity is 7 bath per Unit (x2 time the government price). So if you are using 500 Units like me you will end up paying 3500 baht per month just for the electricity.
I have moved in a modern 2 bed and now I pay 1500 baht with 2 aircons in a 1 bedroom. So consider this when you calculate your monthly price.
The rooms are not expensive for the size 7000 baht for most peopl.
The pool is nice, and mostly without anyone. The view is nice but the rooms are very dark. The construction is Cambodian quality with doors not squared and no isolation. If you do not isolate the doors yourself you will end up paying a 4500 baht electricity bill.
Overall the property is well managed compared with similar priced places, when something breaks it is quickly replaced, the cleaning is done every day, the location is fine with a lot of food around and close to supermarkets, and the people are nice.
The owner is an ex Pattaya mayor and I got no problem having my deposit back when I have left.
