★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible agency. Actually blackmailed me into trying to squeeze the landlords to pay 2nd year lease renewal commission. I hired them to represent my interests in good faith for Thai market - they actually scammed me and made threats to tell immigration if I not comply to pay 2nd year lease renewal commissions. Stay far away from owner Akamsiri (K Dough) Tawerajatapanich and her staff.
