I ordered 6 chairs. When they first came for delivery one of the chairs had problem so they promised they would brought back. But now it has been almost a month and they still do not deliver!! One time they came for delivery but they came at 8PM!!! What kind of company do this? I have tried to called them and asked for updates they said whey would deliver on that day but they never kept their promises. I even called an owner who doesn't seem to be helpful at all. It's either that the owner does not know about the issue or he also doesn't care about it.
Try to stay away from this shop.

The showroom has a very big space with friendly working staffs who would give you the best deal at reasonable price. The owner is also very kind hearted and complements us with coffee and donuts. For me its 5 out of 5 service and I will keep coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is operated by Indian family, we got very impressive warm welcome when we first stepped in the shop but other than that was unpleasant. Unresponsive staff, made promise but kept on postponing , a lot of issues on delivery and production. Table is good but the chairs’ specs weren’t the same as displayed in showroom. It took almost 5 months to get the chairs fixed eventually. Hope the shop will be more transparency and get the whole process improved real soon. Best regards
