★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A large quiet park. The whole park is very well maintained and there’s a running/cycling track around the island. The entrance closes at 6pm but you can probably stay for a few minutes longer(but you will not be able to enter the island after 6pm). The access road to the island is open 24 hours so you can always drive up onto the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic when you see it from a plane. I've flown in and out of Chiang Mai airport dozens of times, but only seen it the once. At least I got a picture of it. It was then some months before I was able to place it.
I would like to visit it overland sometime. Do check out the picture I've posted of it from above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located a short drive outside of Sukhothai city, “The Holy Heartland” is a heart-shaped island in the middle of a heart-shaped lake. It‘s a big park, mostly used by the locals for leisure and sports, especially in the late afternoon hours when it’s not so hot anymore.
You can simply enjoy the silence or go jogging on a track that leads you around the island, or do some fitness, ride your bike or play badminton etc.
Other than that, there’s not much to see here and it looks like it might be in need of a few caretakers.
