★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen this place. Only 19 units in this condo. Owned by one owner so it's not easy to negotiate so much I guess. It's very peaceful and spacious layout with pretty nice swimming pool surrounded by some greens for residents. There are many commercial shops like 24hrs open supermarket, massageshop, cafe etc. right cross over the condo. Overall, it's great place to live. If you are looking for peaceful, spacious, relax home kinda place, this would be good choice. But if you need to use MRT mainly then you need to transit from BTS to MRT with separate fare.
