★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agent Trirat P. or khun Ae is very polite and professionally manage all forms of problems along the negotiation process. He help out finding solutions for owner and clients, such as the cat toilet issue.
I was firstly hesitate to rent my two beds and two baths room at M Phyathai condominium for clients with a cat. But Mr. Trirat P. could arrange and answer all my concerns and needs until I agreed to allow a pet in my residence. Very responsive and quick reply for every questions.
Highly recommend for owner and client who looking for best deal and great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you got a salesperson named “Title”, Request them other person instead. I was a client at The Bangkok Residence 88 2 times. My experience with the first salesperson was great, both before and after signing a contract. But this person quit, so when I decided to moved to my current place, they assigned “Title” to me. When he wanted me to sign a contract, he said “ I will take care of your situations even after the contract is signed” However, after I already signed it and moved here, when I told him the problem I have with this condominium, what he said to me is “ This is not my responsibility anymore”… Moreover, before signing a contract, I saw a construction site that was on hiatus next to the condominium, so I asked him when will they be back and continue the construction (because I’m very sensitive to noise), he said to me that there would be NO construction while I live here, FOR SURE. But here we go, now that I live here, I hear construction noise every single day. It disturbs me A LOT, I mean, he could just tell me the truth.

He helped us to find options that were best suited for our family. I would recommend anyone looking for a condo in Bangkok to use this service. They have a variety of condo options and truly want what is best for the customer. We felt like they cared for us as people and not just as "work".

The communication has always been very quick and efficient, especially with Ms. Lili who would attend queries very politely and without hesitation.
I would expect that this should not be the first and last time for me using Bangkok Residence's services.
