★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlike as advertised, this place is NOT new. It's not bad but it could use a little work. The grout and mold in the bathroom is black with mold, the fridge and other appliances are quite old, yellowed and rusty. We stayed in the beachfront room, from which you can almost see the water (across two streets), but you can see the beach. There was a small sitting area in the window and a small patio overlooking the street. The mattress is extremely hard but the sheets and room were fairly clean. Pillows were very large and also very firm. Furniture is dated and well-used and the shower doesn't hold temperature. Service was non existent - though we did come in very late at night - there was nobody working the front desk and the security guy had to call the owner to check us in. The place has WiFi but you have to ask for the password. Parking is available on the street - not secured, but was free. No elevator but there is a very small swimming pool. The window curtain lets in a lot of light from street lights at night - not room darkening. Overall it has good potential but fit and finish was a bit of a letdown.
