★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mid-end condominium with swimming pool, gym and squash court. Superb location. Near BTS skytrain (less than 5 minute walk. It's also closed to Platinum mall and Pantip plaza. Less than 15-minute walk to Siam Paragon. It's indeed convenient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 2008 completed, most resident Thai people. Very polite and quiet. We living here about 5 years, this condo in one of the bests in this area. Close to BTS Ratchathewee, near all famous shopping malls. Enough parking. Most condos nearby parking is not enough. Roof garden and big pool in 24th floor, gym and squash saloon. Happy to stay here with lovely neighbors♡
