★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come to renew my passport here. Very fast as usual. Start from 10am but you could arrive at 9.30am to get the early queue. The passport service office locates at building B 2nd floor above and behind Starbucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found a fantastic pop up store that sells original and authentic SwissGear branded luggage at 80% (probably pilfered from the factory that makes these). The "So Good Foodpark" serves a variety of local dishes at very low prices. All in all great deals to be had in this small and out of the beaten path mall.

It consists of supermarkets, restaurants, clothing stores, banks, fitness centers, beauty clinics. It is also the location of the Thai Post Office. Office of Business Development District 5 and Passport Office (Consular Department).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top's store on the ground floor is good for quick shopping. Easy parking. Plus there is passport office on the E building P11 level. Food court is nice with good food but some shop is a little too expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful facility; however, it's mostly empty. There are a few high-quality brands such as Starbucks, but most of what's here would never draw me to a shopping center. I hope once the COVID-19 pandemic is over, they'll be able to fill this place up with quality merchants. If so, I'll refresh my review at that time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this mall because of the open air element. Parking is sufficient with no difficulty. The layout is odd I must say.
The new passport office is at C1 and a bit confusing to get to. You won't know what floor to go to. Best to take an elevator to level 1 and meander your way to the passport office.
Wait at the passport office was non existent. My wife got called in right away as she received her queue. Best to go after 12 pm. No wait.
Dining is open air on level G, which met my appetite.
