★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a facial and wanted to relax after a long day. The lady who took care of me was very nice but she needs to be better trained. The hand has no pressure and basically you just lay there for one hour and have some one wash your face for one hour. The absolute worst part is her hand is permanently freezing. Over and over I had said your hand is too cold and she never attempted to warm them up. So her freezing hand is on my face, my neck and my back over and over again while I’m trying to relax my mind. Was actually more stressful if you know what I mean.
Don’t recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It isn’t called ‘Sanctuary’ for nothing.
I has been a customer for long time (more than a decade) at their Gaysorn branch and have always thought that it was one of the best massage places in this kind of range. (Of course you have more luxurious and more expensive kind of spa in many hotels)
And this branch is even better, newer, bigger, higher (ceiling) with more stunning decorations.
The reception staff are angelic. The therapists are well-trained, polite and sweet.
I will go back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best spa, great location as you can drop at BTS Phromphong and walk into Emporium shopping mall and Thann Sanctuary spa is inside and adjacent to the Emporium Suites. Nice design, has various spa treatment rooms, retail store and of course great products! Must visit!
